A certain gap is maintained between them so that the screen printing plate generates a reaction force against the blade by its own tension at the time of printing, and the reaction force is called a resilience. Due to the elasticity, the screen printing plate and the substrate are only in moving line contact, and other portions of the screen printing plate are separated from the substrate. The ink and screen are broken and printed to ensure dimensional accuracy and avoid dirty substrates. When the scraper scrapes the entire layout, it is lifted and the frit is lifted and the ink is gently scraped back to the original position. This is a printing trip.
