Choose industrial liquid filter bags faster with a clear selection system. Compare media materials, filtration ratings and standard bag sizes for water treatment, chemicals, food and beverage, coatings, electronics, oil filtration and other process applications.
Different filter bag materials provide different levels of chemical resistance, temperature capability, particle retention and cost efficiency.
Cost-effective filter bags for water, plating, chemicals, oils, paints and general industrial liquid filtration.
Durable filtration media with good abrasion resistance for coatings, automotive, oil and process water applications.
Precision woven mesh for straining, particle classification and reusable liquid filtration applications.
Premium filter media designed for aggressive chemicals, elevated temperatures and demanding industrial environments.
The micron rating indicates the approximate particle size the filter bag is designed to capture. Fine micron ratings are used for polishing and precision filtration, while larger ratings provide higher flow and coarse particle removal.
Choose the bag size that matches your filter housing. Macrokun also manufactures custom diameters, lengths, ring styles and seam constructions.
Medium-diameter filter bag suitable for compact industrial housings and general liquid filtration systems.
Request This Size →Popular short filter bag for standard housings, lower-flow process lines and routine replacement applications.
Request This Size →Long filter bag offering a larger filtration area, higher dirt-holding capacity and longer service life.
Request This Size →Compact small-diameter filter bag for laboratory equipment, small housings and point-of-use filtration.
Request This Size →Extended small-diameter filter bag designed for more filtration area in space-limited installations.
Request This Size →Custom diameter, length, ring style, seam construction, material and micron rating can be manufactured to order.
Submit Custom Dimensions →Use the table below as a starting point. Final selection should also consider liquid chemistry, viscosity, temperature, pressure and required efficiency.
| Application | Recommended Material | Typical Micron Rating | Common Size | Notes |

Start with liquid chemistry and operating temperature. PP is common for economical chemical and water filtration, PE offers higher temperature and abrasion resistance, nylon mesh works well for reusable straining, and PTFE is suited to aggressive environments.
Select a rating close to the smallest particle size you need to remove. For general industrial filtration, 25, 50 and 100 micron are common. Finer applications may require 1–10 micron bags, while coarse pre-filtration can use 200–1500 micron mesh.
Size #01 (7 × 16 inches) and Size #02 (7 × 32 inches) are widely used in standard single-bag and multi-bag housings. Size #03 and #04 are compact options for smaller equipment.
