1. Material performance of polyester staple fiber filter cloth: acid resistance, weak alkali insulation fibers is generally 130℃---150℃。Uses: pharmacy, sugar, food, chemical industry, metallurgy, industrial filter press, centrifuge, etc.
2. The polyester filament filter cloth has a smooth surface, good abrasion resistance, and high strength. After twisting, it has higher strength and better abrasion resistance, so that the fabric has good air permeability, fast water leakage and easy cleaning. Uses: pharmaceutical, food, chemical, metallurgical, industrial filter press, centrifuge filter cloth, etc.
Nylon filter cloth nylon gives fiber high strength and high abrasion resistance. Nylon fiber is resistant to strong alkali and weak acid. But nylon is not light fast, easy to change color and become brittle, so nylon fabric should not be exposed to sunlight for a long time. Uses: rubber, ceramics, pharmacy, food, metallurgy, etc.
4. Polypropylene filter cloth: polypropylene staple fiber filter cloth; polypropylene long fiber filter cloth. Filtration performance: polypropylene staple fiber, short fiber, spun yarn ribbon hair; polypropylene long fiber, long fiber, the formed yarn is smooth, so the industrial cloth made of polypropylene short fiber, the cloth surface is hairy, and the powder is not filtered And pressure filtration effect is better than long fiber. The industrial cloth made of polypropylene long fiber has a smooth surface and good air permeability.
5. Vinylon filter cloth, the advantage is that it can withstand the action of strong alkali, and has good moisture absorption, and is easy to combine with rubber. It is a good material for the rubber industry.
