Characteristics for different screen printing mesh

Characteristics for polyester screen printing mesh:

1.  Low elongation, high tensile strength.

2.  Heat setting temperature: different mesh is not same, the general temperature is. 195 C.

3.  Elongation: about 15%

4. Acid resistance, weak base resistance, abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance, insulation performance is very good.

5. Continuous operation temperature:150℃

6. Maximum temperature:200℃

Characteristics for nylon screen printing mesh:

1. Acid resistance, alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance. High tensile strength, high elasticity, good surface tension characteristics,and anti-static.

2. Good impact resistance, low resistance, high dust resistance, low initial resistance.

3. Can be cleaned repeatedly, easy to capture the fibre and dust, and the filter efficiency is not affected by cleaning.

4. Long use life and economy practical.

5. Continuous operation temperature:100℃

6. Maximum temperature:200℃

Characteristics for stainless steel screen printing mesh:  

1.Low elongation, high tensile strength, ink through rate is good, high precision printing, alkali resistance, chemical resistance, wear resistance, moisture resistance is good, high temperature resistance.

2.Antioxidantive, chemical reaction is small, high hardness, not easy to be deformated while using.

3.Filter effect is stable, easy to clean, it is durable and can withstand relatively large working pressure.

4.Continuous operation temperature:400-900℃

5.Maximum temperature:1340℃
