These are imported frames with Block Out tape on both Print and Squeegee sides. We have tested the tapes with our Plastiwash and Xendegrade without ungluing of the tape. The tape may detach if the tape is exposed or dipped to screen Opener, a stronger Press wash or Ink- degardent that could have leached into the glue line; or if the frames were left in the Dip Tank. Usually, after the first round of printing, a new tapping may be required. So, The best option would be to take the tape out and put new tape or apply liquid Block Out

Recommendations for Maintaining Aluminum Frames

The solvents mixture based on NMP or Acetone should be avoided as these two solvents attack
almost most adhesive polymers.
