These 20"X24" Aluminum Screen Printing Frames are hand welded to ensure a strong structure and durable life. These professional grade pre-stretched frames have the highest screen tension and use a 2 part adhesive specifically designed for the screen printing industry. Better mesh adhesion will result in longer screen like and better tension over a longer period of time. The 20"x24" size is currently the industry standard for manual screen printing frames.

40 Mesh is used mainly for glitter inks that need a very open mesh to be printed through.
