How to distinguish between polyester filter cloth and nylon filter cloth

Polyester filter cloth and nylon filter cloth are often heard on the market. Some people don't know much, so it's easier to confuse. So are they the same? Is there any difference? We can elaborate on the two from the same point and different points.

The same is true for the polyester filter cloth and the nylon filter cloth:

The difference between the polyester filter cloth and the nylon filter cloth:

1. The proportion is different. Polyester 1.38, nylon 1.14;

2, polyester fabric is not easy to wrinkle, and crisp, dimensional stability, good shape retention. The shape retention of nylon is not good, there is no polyester and it is easy to deform;

3, nylon high strength, good elastic recovery, wear resistance, moisture absorption and dyeing are better than polyester;

4, polyester is resistant to the sun, acid and not alkali. Nylon is alkali resistant and not acid resistant, and its light resistance is not good. The fiber strength will decrease and the color will turn yellow when exposed to sunlight for a long time;
